1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to this page and any related pages operated by Grin Gallery Pediatric Dentistry ("we," "us," "our"), located at 4920 Roswell Rd NE, Suite 40, Atlanta, GA 30342. By using this page, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this page.

2. For Parents and Guardians

This page is intended for parents and legal guardians seeking dental care for their children. Appointments for patients under 18 must be scheduled by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for providing consent for treatment and for the patient's account.

3. Not Dental Advice

The content on this page is for general information only. It is not dental or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for an in-person exam by a licensed dentist. Using this page, booking online or calling our office does not create a dentist-patient relationship. A dentist-patient relationship begins only after your child is seen in our office. If your child has a dental emergency, call our office at (404) 390-2641 instead of booking online. For a medical emergency, call 911.

4. Results Vary

Treatment outcomes depend on each child's oral health, history and home care habits. We do not guarantee any specific result. Photos, reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.

5. Online Booking

• Online appointment requests are subject to availability and confirmation by our office. An appointment is not final until our office confirms it.
• Please provide accurate information when booking. We may contact you to confirm details, insurance or the reason for the visit, and may need to reschedule if information is incomplete.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us as early as possible.

6. Sedation and Treatment Recommendations

Sedation options and all other treatments are recommended only after an exam and a discussion with a parent or guardian. Not every child is a candidate for every treatment or sedation option.

7. Insurance and Payment

• We work with many dental insurance plans. Coverage and eligibility vary by plan, and a plan name or logo appearing on this page does not guarantee coverage for any specific service.
• We confirm benefits with your insurer where possible, but final coverage is determined by your plan. You are responsible for any amount your plan does not cover.
• Any treatment will be explained before it begins.

8. Membership Plans

• Infants (ages 0 to 2, $427 per year), Children (ages 3 to 13, $597 per year) and Teens (ages 14 and up, $697 per year) include only the services each plan lists, plus 10% off other procedures done at our practice.
• Membership plans are not insurance, are not a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act and are not prepayment for future services. They are a direct payment arrangement between you and our practice.
• Each plan runs for 12 months. Care from doctors or specialists outside our practice is not covered.
• Treatment not included in a plan is paid at the time of service.
• Plan details, discounts and pricing are subject to change. Full plan terms are available from our office.

9. Calls and Text Messages (SMS Terms)

• When you call us, our phone system may log your phone number and the time and length of your call so we can return missed calls and measure how our advertising performs. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes, and you will be told at the start of the call.
• SMS program: If you consent to receive text messages from Grin Gallery Pediatric Dentistry, you agree to receive customer care messages from us, such as replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (404) 390-2641.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• No mobile opt-in consent or phone numbers will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

This page may include content or links from third parties, such as our online scheduling portal, Google Maps and Google reviews. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites or services beyond our own use of them. Your use of them is also governed by their own terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos and design elements on this page belong to Grin Gallery Pediatric Dentistry or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our written permission. Reviews shown on this page belong to their original authors and are displayed as published on Google.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We try to keep information accurate and current, including hours, services, accepted insurance and plan pricing, but we do not guarantee that everything is complete, current or error-free.
